what is Asus VG236HE Trace Free?

I want to know what settings do u set for Trace Free? Cuz i got my 3d nvidia glass today, and I see some ghosting, its annoyin, i want to know how to fix it

I'm using the manual to guide me, so please bear with me if I am confusing:
  1. Press the MENU button (it's the third button from the left)
  2. Somehow, access the Image tab so that you see this (screenshot)
  3. Arrow down to "Trace Free" and adjust as desired

That's the best I can do right now.

But I want to know what does it do? i adjust it and i don't see any differences

Then you must not have "tracers", whatever those are.

The "Trace Free" feature is suppose to reduce ghosting. What value is the "Trace Free" set at? Increasing the value should decrease ghosting.

Here's a tread from Nvidia's board on the VG236 and 3D vision.
