2TB Seagate XT vs Caviar Black 2TB

I've been putting together tenders for my complete system overhaul and I am currently stuck on the following for Storage drives. Both seem to be in the same price range and performance. However I did notice that the Caviar Black has a great warranty. However I cannot decide on which one of these I can select for 2 Storage Hard Drives.

Are you looking for a performance or "just storage" 2TB?

If you want performance, why not just go with 2xRAID0 1TB for less while getting better performance?

Performance and Storage. I will also be occupying the other SATA ports with other hard drives so RAID0 1TB is out of the question.
