OK, I have a Westinghouse LCM22W3. Last month it stopped coming on. (Would flicker and then go off) I figured out that it was the power board for the monitor. The caps are visibly swollen etc.

I did some looking and found a board on ebay. The model I need is a DAC-19M009 AF. I purchased a DAC-19010 AF as it was listed as a replacement for the 09. When I got it and installed, it didn't go. I could see the image, but no back light.

I am debating what to do next. I don't want to have to get a new monitor if I can still fix this one. I can get a caps kit for it, but I have never soldered on PCB, so not sure that is really viable. I would like to get another board, but can't seem to find this specific model. How much does that matter? Did the replacement I got not work because it is defective or because it was a different model number?
