The Playstation network and SoE games got hacked last week. Sony has brought down all online services until they get it fixed. You seriously didn't hear about this? The hackers got the info of like 70 million users.
In progress.

I used to lead raids back in the PoF/PoS/PoG/PoH days, they were indeed fun but break-ins could easily turn into 20 hour corpse runs I did plane of time but I was a bit overpowered for it so I only really enjoyed it during fabled events but even those events were 80% tank and spank.

Think I was the only cleric that wore a Vindi BP for a bit lol (wasnt really cleric armor). That and camping underwater and in that zone with all the wyrms for my clerics epic 1.0 ....and camping Plane of Fear for ..wait for it..

But I'm still thinking of coming back on Fippy and trying out the progression.
EQ raids are definately something else dude. My favorite one was definately North Temple of Veeshan (NToV). I prefered EQ up to velious, after that, I think it started to loose its flair. But granted, I still played the hell out of it on and off until last year lol. Had to take a couple year break due to work, then came back about the time Secrets of Faydwer came out, hit the lvl cap (from 67-80 in about 3 weeks....all I did was work 15 hours a day, grind for 6, sleep for 3 lol. Then go out on fridays to drink hahahaah). But once Seeds came out, I was still behind. As soon as I had gotten my key for Crystallos, no body was grinding there anymore. So I said effit and picked up WoW with one of my bosses at work.

Loved ntov. Loved sleeper's. LOVED sebilis. Loved Vox and Naggy. There will never be another game that can even come close to comparing to those early EQ years.

I still miss mod rodding myself to death. Lol

I have all the expansions up to and including Secrets of Faydwer. How many are there after that 1? I know there was Underbog or maybe it was called Underfoot. and 1 came out not too long ago called House of Thule but it seems like there was 1 between those 2. Seriously thinking about coming back now that finals are over.

Hah, Ntov was fun but I was always the one in the pit pulling mobs. When the raids were over I had to suicide to be dragged out or get a wizzard to Gravity flux you out lol.
I never used mod rods much due to my obvious lack of mana but I remeber before nerfs seeing them lined up on the ground by the hundreds before engaging a raid mob.

I started playing on that P99 EMU...about 1k players on at prime times, and has a really close eq classic experience, I'm very impressed. They are also coming out with a pvp server apparently which is awesome. Amazing how I get excited to play this game..and when i played WoW\\Rift it was a pain to log on and quest instead of grind CB
