NH D14 is the best, but it's down to what you want, prize and if it fits your case.

Mmmm I may have solved the problem to some extent....
I changed the PCI 16x slot that the graphics card was in, the card boots properly everytime now :S I may have used the 8x PCI slot accidently :S

I am still having the computer restart itself occasionaly though :S

If the GPU is worming now try reseting the CMOS now. That helped me with the boot issue I had a week ago and the computer just shutting off for no reason. Another issue may be your PSU. Sometime they are bunk for the start.

NH D14 is definitely an opinion... as being the best.. THE Venemous X Black is in my experience the best air cooler on the market if you match it with thermal rights fans as well... Just some 2 cents on actual tests ive done in front of me.. venemous X dominates with looks as well cant beat a solid black beast with push/pull config cooling my 4.2ghz to a idling 37c and load 60c. thats just unbeat for 67 dollars

You should always use the top PCI-E slot which is closest to the processor. If you still need help, feel free to PM me and I am sure I can help you through it.
