Frostytech uses synthetic testing methodologies to achieve reliable results but that doesn't happen in the real world. Still though, Hyper 212+, tried and tested, best bang for the buck cooler available today.

guys that is way unfair ...........
you are comparing the small freezer 13 (that has 92mm fan and smaller heatsink )

and Im talking about Freezer 13 PRO it has 12cm fan its bigger and it has second Cross-Blow fan ....

according to this its way better then Noctua NH-C14 and its almost as good as the H70 but for like 1/3 of the money .....
freezer_13_pro_027.jpg
I even sow that it gets same temps as the Thermaltake FRIO and that its better then the Mugen 2

EDIT:
sure Hyper is best bang for the buck if u live in US and can bye it for 20$ but here its 25euro= 36$

See the Frosty link above. According to the images you provided the 13 Pro is about = to a Thermaltake Frio. We also see that the TweakTown one has the Noctua NCH-C14 at close to the top. The Frosty like also has the NCH-C14 close to the top and the Frio very close to the top (above the CoolerMaster anyways). So it's fairly safe to say the 13 Pro outperforms the 212. Both IMO are good enough though that I'd say go with whatever is cheaper unless you want the best.

Take a look at the new Xigmatics. Not the quitests fans but they cool great, even the small Lokihttp://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=2592&page=5
The fan rubbbers they use are great, comes with 2 sets and they are cheap.Mounting is simple and sturdy.

yes my point was that all of the people say that Hyper 212+ is best for the money .....
but the difference between the 212+ and freezer 13pro is only 3 euros ....
ohh and as I see so far the Freezer better and its way more silent.....

first I was planning on getting the Silver Arrow for 56euros but I dont see the point (I OCed my cpu to 3.75Ghz and played crysis 2 all on max for few hours and my max temperature was like 58ºC) and the SA is HUGE
