I'd go for the Xonar D2X.
Honestly though, you can't go wrong with either one if the price is right.

go for the Creative X-Fi cards
The D2X is good card , better for music due to it`s 118db SnR while 109db for the Fatal1ty
but SnR is not the only case:

the Fatal1ty has a 64XRAM which helps in some games but maybe they will do more in the near future
EAX 5.0 , the X-Fi (CMSS-3D , Crystalliser) they do perfect job in gaming

the D2X is more Music/Movies card than gaming, even ASUS did put it under the category (Home Theater) not in Gaming

both cards have cons like the low build quality in the D2X and the relatively unstable drivers in the X-Fi cards

so my advice is go with X-Fi Fatal1ty card to answer your 70% gaming needs

Titanium HD? Best sound card on the market it seems; pretty good for music, amazing for games.

you are right the Titanium HD is very good card and its price is very little more than the Fatal1ty Pro almost the same as the Champion
and the D2X actually is more expensive than the HD

nice one:thumb:
