What are you talking about, Those conditions are VERY standard.

OP, get an anti static bag and some bubble wrap. Follow the directions and then go to USPS and get a flat rate box. Get insurance and delivery confirmation. Write your RMA number. Thats it.

ROFL the conditions of one having to pay shipping and handling on a product that was faulty from the manufacture... Not to mention ASUS turn around time..

I demanded politely that they cover shipping as " I wouldnt have to ship this unit to yall if I recieved a correct functioning product to begin with"
I would refuse to pay for shipping and have them send you a shipping label..

They all do that. XFX does too. $10 or less is pocket change especially when your getting a working gpu in return.

You should have had a working one in the first place though.
I usually always demand for a label, or some type of reimbursement.

I have a question tho, you can see my saga with my gpu in this tread
http://www.overclock.net/amd-ati/1002538-constant-bluescreens-ati-6870-a.html
And i have some other videos like weird glitching and jumpyness when i can get it to work. Is there a way to see if it is my PSU?

XFX has horrible customer support and that's widely known on OCN as we've had too many stories about them to count.
