dell u3011 input lag? fast motion blurred - Page 4

Just chiming in. I got my U3011 wednesday and it's fantastic. No noticable blur/response time and I don't feel any input lag in fast paced games (CS:S, Quake3, TF2, BC2)

Some games, I do feel something, but it's more about performance of my computer. Mainly running Crysis 2 at 2560x1600 Ultra DX11 brings my FPS down to 50-55 and I feel some delay, but I have full confidence it's not the monitor. It feels really sharp to me and I've always thought I was sensitive to that kind of thing.

It has a stuck blue pixel and some weird red fringe on some letters, so I'm getting an RMA, but the monitor is awesome on its own.

Yeah, all three of my U3011's had yellow tinting issues that was horrendously annoying with white backgrounds and I couldn't get used to it, especially for the price so I finally gave up. Loved the monitor though otherwise....

I used to not notice motion blur at all on my LCD monitor and a 42'' LCD TV.....

Then I got my new plasma.
