Smartphones: The Tracking and Surveillance of Millions of Americans

Luckily for those of us that are not SLAVES, PRISONERS or corporate property like CATTLE, lawsuits are starting against the criminals of apple, google, mircosoft....

But the illegal tracking, spying, and profiling of all kinds of other personal data on the smartphones, by various corporations and law enforcement gestapo types, was enacted into law by many governments and corporate lobbyist, under many guises.

"Oakland County women have filed a $50 million class-action lawsuit against Google Inc. to stop the company from selling phones with Android software that can track a user's location."

"While criminals, stalkers, identity thieves and other miscreants exploit systemic vulnerabilities for their own sociopathic ends, much the same can be said of private security firms such as HBGary, Palantir and hundreds of others servicing the secret state, all capitalizing on "zero day vulnerabilities" in software and operating systems while designing stealthy, undetectable "root kits" for their government partners."

um... it fails. Hard. Got the cache location viewer or whatever it was on my phone, thought I was in a different state for half of it, for the rest of it I was on the other side of town that I never go to. Seriously, what help is that?
