a few of those came with the motherboard lol. so to put those standoffs in, what do i do lol. i'm looking all over online but i figure this might be a little quicker

so i screw the brass ones in from the same side that the motherboard goes on, right? what i'm asking is, i don't need to screw them in from the other side, do i?

i'm assuming i screw the brass ones in, place the mobo on top, and then use the little screw to hold the mobo onto the standoffs

Correct. The order from top to bottom should be screw -> motherboard -> standoff -> motherboard tray
