There are a bunch of decent mid towers in that price range. I have the CM690ii adv and love it personally. I know some people around here recommend the lancool K-62 and the HAF series. These three all are very similar and in my opinion comes down to personal preference. Hope this helps tongue.gif

If you want side panel window for the CM 690II Advanced (which I also recommend), here is the version:
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=25_547&products_id=13773

But, as your Gigabyte GTX560 Ti OC dumps heat inside the case, I suggest you to put this thermal management ahead of having a side window panel.

I propose a 'top exhaust' approach to manage the heat inside the case. Simply put, this approach has fresh air intake from side panel (assisted by front and bottom) + hot air exhaust via the case top two fans.
Take a look at this thread, especially my post #15 there:-

The window version of the 690 has stock holes and vents for 1 fan directly over the GPU area so you probably wouldn't be sacrificing too much to have the window. Though it looks like the vents are rather small tbh so its up to you as far as a window.

you could get the CM690 II nvidia edition. Its got a nice window in it. I have it and i loved it but i wasn't sure if i would like the green but now i got use to it and loving all of it. The nvidia edition is a lil bit bigger than the regular version. Also has better air flow(more vents and what not. PCI slots are vented instead of just a piece of flat metal)

p.s Fits a D-14 amazingly! 2mm of space before it touches the side panel

my vote is for the 690II. the fan mount on the side pannel is fine for a 120mm fan. best thing about this case is your not stuck with front/side intake and top exhaust, you can try other ways systems for cooling your stuff. In my 690II i'm running my fans as intake, with no fans acting as exhaust, just open fans slots:) keeps dust down and temps are great!
