That motherboard only has 3+1 VRMs on it. I don't think it's safe for the OP to get a 125w CPU but I could be wrong.

u are right,
my mobo wont run a 125watt cpu,
in the previous post I saw a phenomII x4 955 for sale,even if I want to buy a phenom quad core I cant due to my mobo limitation

What I would do is buy a better motherboard now and maybe next pay buy a better CPU.

I think a way to determine if your CPU is bottlenecking your graphics card is to download MSI AfterBurner. Have AfterBurner running while you play a game. After playing check the GPU Usage. If it's above 95% then you don't have a bottleneck.
