your going to need alot more power than 750 watts to run 2 of those. amd recommends a 1200 watt minimum.

AMD recommends a 1000W power supply to power a system with two 4870x2s in it (proof), so I would get something like this:

Corsair TX950 for £118.67 inc. vat

A Corsair TX850/TX950 should be more than enough for what you're looking for.

I still have my doubts because as I said, AMD recommends a 1000W power supply to power a system with two 4870x2s in it.

So why take a chance? Get something with more power such as the TX950 (great PSU, great price).

If you only wanted to run one, I'll be selling a HX650 in a week or so when it comes back from RMA>

For one, 650W is good enough, for two, you'd be looking at around 850W~. They are very power hungry cards.

Correct me if I'm wrong, both cards would consume roughly about 620W so 850W-900W would be ample power IMO.
