Thread Starter
I know you guys probably have read a lot of threads like this but I just had to ask. I need a new fan for my mugen 2 (maybe push pull) could i use the stock fan as a case fan or not ? And which fan should I get for the mugen ?
(see picture for current fan setup)

You could definitely use the stock fan as a case fan, it's a 120mm isn't it?

As far as fans for your Mugen, what's your budget and are you looking for quiet or performance and what's your budget?

AP-14s are the best noise/performance fans I've found and use two on my Hyper 212+, best fans I've ever used.

Otherwise, Yate-Loons from Jab-Tech are your best bet budget-wise and you can pick your noise/performance level with the low/medium/high speed options.

I would also recommend slapping some Yate Loons on your front intakes to bring cool air into your case.

I can get the Gentle Typhoons AP15 and AP14 the price is almost the same and yes the stock fan is 120 mm. Should i place it on the side panel or in the front ? Im thinking the side panel so it provides fresh air to my 5830 which likes to get hot very fast.
