Question about IOH voltage

Hello, im new here and im not exactly very experience with OC'ing yet so i got a question, this didnt use to be a problem but whenever i leave IOH voltage at stock 1.1v my system is so horribly slow even at stock clocks and AUTO just to try it sets 1.164v now...it used to be rock stable with my current OC @ 1.1v now it needs 1.2v have i damaged anything? Excuse my poor english, i am norwegian

Current voltages are

182.5 x23
4197mhz / HT ON @ 1.34v @ 50% LLC
1460mhz ram @ 1.65v
QPI @ 1.2 (1.17 w/droop)
IOH 1.2
ICH 1.15

pretty normal, IOH and ICH are all related to PCI-e and SATA controllers, so having too little voltage would cause slow speeds. instead of increasing the IOH voltage 0.9v try 0.5v on your ICH vcore, ICH PLL, IOH vcore, and IOH PLL, that should help a lot
