is it possible to fix 8400 gs?

hey i bought this card off ebay about a month ago for $30 as a present to my mom for her computer and i received was supposed to be in perfect working condition but the card doesn't display fan starts the card seems to start up but doesn't display out of any port i contacted the seller and he gave me a full refund and told me to keep the card o.O so if its possible to fix ill try anything lol

i figured you guys would be the best people to ask


it looks brand new

i regret to inform you that baking did not work the card still does not display at all in any port any other ideas?

Baking it is usually what fixes it. If that didn't work, then it might be dead
