Are you saying that CPU-Z's Memory tab (not the SPD tab, but the "Memory" tab) says the DRAM Frequency is 800 MHz? If so, then that means it's at 1600 MHz because CPU-Z shows the actual frequency, not the frequency after multiplying by 2. I mean "DDR" means Double Data Rate, so whatever CPU-Z shows in the "DRAM Frequency" field must be multiplied by 2.

If the "DRAM Frequency" field in CPU-Z's Memory tab reads "800.0 MHz", then it's at 1600 MHz.

Beyond that, I don't know the other answers.

Edit: for example, mine is at 1200 MHz:

How can you check what?

If you're referring to CPU-Z's "DRAM Frequency" field, then just open up CPU-Z and look. CPU-Z is what you think is called "CPUID", but "CPUID" is just the developer's name.

DDr= Dual Data Rate. So if software reads Your DDR clock as 800MHz that means it's 1600MHz. I can't explain it simple o.O
