yes very desciptive headline

I am completely new to it so I dont even know where to start. My pc specs are in the rig below.

I have a stock cooler so I guess my oc possibilites are quite low ? Kan I tweak atleast a little or do I wait.

With reckless abandon! Seriously though, I would just wait until you can pick up a semi-decent cooler like a CM Hyper 212+ or better. If you get started, you'll be craving the 5 Ghz oc and be stuck at < 4 Ghz.

As the computer boots up, look for an option to go into "SETUP" or "BIOS". Once in the BIOS, look around to disable Speedstep and CIE.

Try getting it to 3.8GHZ by raising the multiplier to 38.
