I...I just can't seem to do it!

So, Filco Majestouch. We meet again.

Every few days you make it into my shopping basket, where you sit in all of your mechanical glory, waiting for me to cough up the proverbial dough so that you can be mine.

Each time, you scare me away with your price tag. Every single time, you make me think "£130 on a keyboard? ", then you get removed. Saddening, isn't it?

Rinse and repeat.

In all seriousness, why can't I seem to get past the price tag and buy one of these?

I've tried Blues, Browns and Blacks (Blues being my favorite), I've owned a BlackWidow an a few other boards, I've even used a Majestouch and I know they are built like high quality tanks and feel devine, but the price always stops me, every time!

Looking at my PC, you are probably thinking "What does he care how much it is?", and I'm honestly asking myself the same question. I can afford it, I want it oh so much, and I know I'd love it, but I just cannot seem to do it.

Help?

I would ask yourself whether you regret buying that monitor. I dont regret buying my U2410, i dont regret buying my filco, they are things i use and appreciate every day. Ask yourself how much you really appreciate on a daily basis your 920 D0...

130 pounds is way too much. I paid a lot less and it would be irritating to me to pay more than anybody else for something.

I hope I've helped.

That's what I use so think about how much money you're saving.

That would be like $200+ for a filco, way overpriced .

I don't, not in the slightest. The best PC related purchase I've ever made, for sure, and I love it.

I've been toying with the idea of downsizing my PC lately, so you do raise a very good point. Thanks!

Well, that's with a blank Keycap set and next day delivery...

As I said, that's with blanks. Just the keyboard is £114. Stuff is expensive over here, feels bad (economy) man.

Thinking about it, I think I paid about £110 for my Majestouch, though I didn't really shop around. Depends which model though, I do seem to remember that the tenkeyless was a lot more.

If you've been debating it for awhile, why not just let it come slow and not pay 80x more for next day?

To save money on the blank keycaps, you can wait for the Filco Ninja. By the link on that page I take it keyboard co. intends to stock them.

I thought Tenkeyless was a little cheaper? Around £5 if memory serves me right, either way.

You can't really shop around in the UK, you can only really buy them brand new from TheyKeyboardCo.

It's an extra £5, although regular Royal Mail Recorded is almost always next day, you make a fair point.

I don't think I can wait any longer, I've been toying with this purchase for ages, if I wait any longer, I'm afraid I might combust and/or have some sort of breakdown.

Good peripherals and a good monitor really make a user experience, honestly I can't believe it's something I've overlooked so much in the past. I personally would go with the Filco, if that's what you want, I wouldn't worry about the cost for now, just buy tesco's own brand margarine for a month and call it even...
