First off, don't use driver sweeper with AMD drivers. It just doesn't do the right things in the registry. Do this instead.

Second, did you go back and install the CAP? It should take care of Shift 2 at least. You already stated Final Fantasy doesn't work with CF, why keep citing it? It sounds like bulletstorm is a problem there. Someone said 50fps isn't unheard of in difference and he's right. However, the problem is it's 50fps out of 60 that are missing. That's an 83% drop and can't be attributed to CPU bottleneck. If you were in the 200s, I would expect a 50fps drop.

Crossfire isn't enabled unless you are running full screen. It just doesn't. Go back and run Heaven in full screen on a single monitor, and watch the usage on both cores on another monitor.

This is incorrect from my experience.

I'm sure most people would love to see it.

Your power supply may be why you're getting 50 fps lower than the reviewer. It's the only thing I can think of, aside from updating drivers.

I wouldn't bother using the AUSUM switch on that PSU, it raises power consumption for the GPU quite a bit. Up to 450W in fact.
I'll post some pics today.

btw a 6990 does not fit in an antec 900 case as some seem to believe. I had to remove the middle hard drive bay to make it fit. The hdd that was there is at the bottom of the case now with no screws holding it.

It's the 2nd time i had to modify the case to fit a video card. With my 5870 i had to remove the fan in the middle of the case just in front of the middle hdd bay.

I think it is time for a new case maybe?

What was the score below your FPS?

You have a 6970, my 6990 is 2X 6970 so i should get a 50% increase over your performance right?

Can someone suggest a game that could only be maxed with a 6990? I think this way i can be sure my card is working right. Just cause 2, nfss2, price of persia etc could all be maxed out with my 5870...

I went only and calculated what kind of power i would need for my PC and got this using 2X 6970 in crossfire, since they didnt have a 6990 to chose from.

Minimum PSU Wattage:714 W
Recommended 764W

I have a OCZ 850W This one below to be more precise.... isnt that enough??
