I don't know jack about watercooling, but have you tried putting the CPU in a different part of the loop, i.e. so it receives cooler fluid before other components heat it up? Also, you could try reversing the airflow (flipping the fan) of that 200mm, or the two fans up top?

Awesome build man!! Congrats!

PS, love the SSD mod .

You need to go with a split-loop setup, shouldn't be hard since you already have 2 pumps and plenty of rads. Also buy some decent tubing and flush all your WC equipment, the plasticizers in your tubing are coming out and turning it white because there is flux from your rads you didn't flush out in your loop. You've gone well beyond the capacity of that case but what is killing your CPU temps is no fresh air entering your case. All the hot air off that 200mm rad is hitting your other rads exhausting air heating your CPU up. You need to punch a hole in the bottom of your case and stick a 120mm fan+filter there you will see a huge temp improvement.

I know I have enough, and I might consider the two GPU's on the 120 and 140.2 and hook up the 200.1 on the CPU.

Tygon tubing was bought and used. I flushed the rads with 18 Canadian Gallons of boiling 10% vinegar 90% tap water, then 8 Canadian gallons of Distilled from the grocery. The loop was then filled with Feser ultra pure water. Never specified in the build log that I had flushed the rads.

Cannot argue with you there. This case is now crammed and cramped with stuff. I'll be looking into a M8 frolm Caselabs to remedy the situation. I guess it's a question of live and learn more than research in this case. Nothing can prepare you for this learning curve.

Thanks for your input!

Well the mobo just died on me. Working with Asus to get an RMA.

As for the heat problem, I found a solution, more fans and some modding.

I bought my very first dremel kit, and will be putting a slew of new things into the case.

Dremel 4000

Loop is going to be redone, new fans added, Koolance shroud for the top with a push pull config on the rad (hence the dremel). Bought some sand paper to lap the CPU, seen as I had temp problems with it, I'm hoping this will help solve it. Waiting for Corsair to take out thier mesh side panel with the four 120mm fan mounts. That's also gonna be bought and added as an exhaust.

Everything is ordered but the new mobo, so I can start taking stuff apart as soon as the tools get here.

Will take pictures when I start.

Come to think of it, I may actually just get an acrylic sheet with a full side panel from corsair. 20$ for the panel and 20$ for the sheet of acrylic. With the new dremel I could make it myself instead of waiting for a mesh side panel. I also think it'd be nicer.

I need to measure my side panel tonight and see what I can fit in there!

Splitting the loop won't do anything, changing the order of components wont do anything.

Thermal equilibrium my friend, thermal equilibrium.

All radiators should be blowing out, at the moment you're pulling cool air in the 200MM and then blowing that warm air through the other radiators, making them effectively redundant. Set them all blow out and keep the side panel off? You need some more air circulation.

Just a few pointers

They will all be pulling air in in the next mod. I will be putting 4 fans on the side panel as exhaust.

Did you win Loto-quebec last week ?

That's some impressive hardware! I also like those monitors

How'd you find the building experience?

Also where did you get your watercooling parts? I've been ordering stuff for over two years and it's still a PITA every time...

Oh and depending where you live, I can give you an Overclock.net appliqué to complete the awesomeness!

South shore Mtl, won't say exactly where on the forum though... =P

Loved my first exp. but it's far from finished!

I got some from aquatuning, FrozenCPU, but I agree. Ordering WC stuff is a lot more time consuming than ordering computer parts. I guess it would be the equivalent to women and their shoe shopping?!

I wasn't expecting an address either lol

This is what I have:

I'll check out aquatuning, I'm always ordering from NCIX because of their pricematch and Federal only tax
