My sig rig is my brother's, this is a whole new rig all my own i forgot to mention. Also since i plan to sli/crossfire i'd like to keep at least 750w.

revised rig, i'm diggin the price. Could someone tell me if the 6950 in my cart is a reference edition? edit: now i know for a fact that it can unlock, but could someone tell me if this one will?Possible Unlockable 6950 It's cheaper... I don't think the second one will unlock but nobody has really said if it did or didn't. I'm also liking the whole modular psu thing, seems great for cable management.

Not sure about the quality of that PSU, I've never seen any recommendations for Thermaltake PSUs

That TX750 + 6870 for 250AR. Step down in gpu power from the 570, but for the cost you could add in another 6870 and do cf 6870 with psu for the same as 570 + psu and the crossfire setup should have more performance. One 6870 isn't bad either. Though a deal with a ref 6950 would be even better.

EDIT: Possible cheapout on xfx 650w bronze modular psu for 59ar.

Could definitely do single cards, would depend on what cf / sli combination whether it would be enough.

I'm thinking about getting a MSI P67A-G43. It should knock off $20.

Wow that looks great, but there's always this thing about "4+1 phase" or something like that that makes msi boards prone to blowing up,does that board have the same problem?

I had bad experience with thermaltake PSU. So i dont' know about that psu

With the hyper 212+ if you look around other sites they should be 26$-30$

and with the i2500k if you live near a microcenter there only 179$ i think.

heres a better psu and better color for only 4$ more but far better i think

I didn't get it yet, but I don't think it should be a problem. And I always hear that MSI has amazing RMA service. Also, the parts itself for the board doesn't seem "cheap" since they are using all the fancy military parts that should at the very least be good.
