Sure, if you're downloading BR rips. A DVD rip is about 4GB (1.4GB if someone compresses it down) and a Netflix is about 2GB.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that.
I have Comcast Business myself. The prices start about the same as residential service, though higher bandwidth plans are a bit more, there's no download "cap" at all, and they don't watch what you download.
Oh, and one time I had to call them for repair because the line was out. It seems they were working on someone else's line a couple blocks away and knocked mine out. They had a guy sent out in 30 minutes and the line fixed in an hour.
