Seriously its like trolling me or something.
You can read my dillema in These Treads -->

http://www.overclock.net/amd-ati/100...ti-6870-a.html

And i finnally got my PC working perfectly fine... by turning it sidways

Seriously no artifacting in my Bios, no BSOD no anything, everything is working just fine with the computer sideways, (Although everything works just fine with my 8400GS i bought to see if it way my GPU causing the problems)

So what should i assume my issue is? As of right now i have NO ISSUES.
Checked my BIOS no artifacts, PSU seems good acording to bios too. ATITool is running and sees no artifacts and i ran Furmark and it didnt bsod or overheat (Although got as high as 86C not sure if thats an issue)

So why does my PC hate me? Should i still RMA my card? or will asus not be able to figure out what is wrong with it?

Check to make sure all of your expansion cards are secure. They might not be making full contact with the slot.

Only one card (GPU) 99% sure it is i tried it multiple times, 8400GS works just fine.
Im so confused by the randomness of my issues, but they dont even surprise me, im used to computers behaving like this around me.

Well, it could have been your CPU cooler not making direct contact with your PC upright, but the BSODs beg to differ.

Could also be either a loose video card (screwed in?) or maybe a misplaced standoff?

Its screwed in, i cant see it being a standoff because it works with a different GPU... i have the weirdest feeling RMAing wont do anything because its such a me specific issue.
