Best memory for Asus P8p67 pro

[Hope I chose the right forum section]

Whats the best memory for gamingusing the Asus P8P67 Pro mobo. The website says it can handle this:

4 x DIMM, Max. 32 GB, DDR3 2200(O.C.)*/2133(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1600/1333/1066 Non-ECC,Un-buffered Memory
Dual Channel memory architecture

So, anyone got any opinions on what I should go for? And should I use all four dimms?

Much obliged.

What are you doing on your rig? For gaming, 4/8GB (for future proofing and epeen) of 1600MHz CL9 @ 1.5V is all you could ever need for your Sandy Bridge.

Using all four DIMMs is not recommended unless necessary as it will stress the IMC more thus might hinder your OC.

Those two sticks of 4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600/9 you have in your proposed build are perfect for gaming setup, you will never ask for more, trust me.

As for alternatives, you could also go with G.Skill Ripjaws X if you prefer the looks of them, or if they can be had cheaper.

Thanks thewaster.

Was actually going to cancel this thread as I found the memory section elsewhere.

Cheers
