EDIT: High VDroop = even worse.
That's the problem with MSI boards. All of them do that. If you wanted reliable vdroop setting, you need an Asus or gigabyte board. Only Maximus IV extreme can set vdroop exactly the same idle vs load. Other asus boards usually have a little droop or rise depending on LLC level. Higher end GB boards can have some vdroop or a little vrise (like 1.4v=1.428v load for most programs or 1.440v in max stress prime blend).

Whoaa, I have the same motherboard and I get 4.4ghz at 1.288volts(CPU-Z) (Auto voltage in bios) I'm completely stable OCCT 5hours and 18hours Prime95_
My ram runs at 1866 with 9-10-9-24-1T with only 1.507 volts_
CPU I/O Voltage: 1.050volts
(everything else is on AUTO)

I am using the lastest bios from the MSi website(Non Beta)
Heres my current overclock_

Hmm, it must be your CPU??
& the vdroop problem is annoying on this motherboard, No matter if you use LowVdroop or High or Auto/it makes no difference(You kind of have to play with the voltages until you get the correct voltage you need under load_
