Read up on how to overclock andc the safe limits.

Most people will tell you 1.4v is the limit for 24/7, I'd agree. I have mine at 4.8Ghz 1.36v
You need to read up on the settings for power management, e.g. vdroop, load line calibration.
Have you stress tested or even checked temps at load?

Or you could bump it to 1.5v and let us know how it goes.

do u mean 1.40v in the bios or cpuz? cpuz always reads higher right?

i couldn't really read the BSOD screen it was too FAST lol
probably RAM related as i upped the ram voltage

you can disable automatic restarts after crashes. Im not sure how to do it on your motherboard, but on my asus you have to press F6 after the POST, so it shows me the os list and then F8 to show the options like start in safe mode, last good known configuration etc. There is also an option to disable automatic restarts after a crash.

I hope i got this the right way around, got a huge headache atm

I built the same system a few days ago and at 4.8 with 1.38 volts. Did you make sure to change your ram voltage and timings? Download control center II and post screenshots of the settings in it.

I wouldn't waste time testing this config because 1.46v is way too much for 4.6GHz. Try either going to 4.8-4.9GHz or lowering the vcore.

i just changed vcore + a bit and up to 50 x 1000

heres my auto bios ram info

super PI time of 7.577sec! 1M test, not bad
