I don't like that case as much.
Also, would you reccomend that I get this PSU instead of the one I have? Basically the only difference is that this one is modular, but the Phantom has plenty of room for cable management, so it shouldn't be an issue.
It is the corsair HX750.

Do a bit more research on power supplies before making your choice. You might be overkilling it with that one. I wish I would've researched more.

I know that that psu is overkill right now, but I am planning to get a second 6950 to crossfire them soon, and I want to make sure I have enough power for that.

for monitors, 1680x1050 isnt bad, but i wish these were 1920x1080

you wont need the sata cables, most mobos come with 4
and the monitor will come with a cable, and the gpu comes with adapters

for hdmi cables, go with www.monoprice.com or www.mwave.com
i havent paid more than $4 for a 6ft hdmi cable

rat 7 is a very nice gaming mouse, rat 9 is the wireless ver

if you want to wait for bd, get the 965 and a good cpu cooler
212+ is nice, but will be around $30-40 (no longer the best budget cooler and its tricky to install)
n520, a50, a70 are good choices as well

Thank you! There is a good chance I will only be building this AFTER Bulldozer comes out, because I don't want to have to upgrade after ~1 month after buying it in the first place. And I will probably end up using the stock cooler

Also, as for the monitors, I'm buying a cheap one right now, but later I am going to eyefinity three of one of these monitors: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-049-_-Product or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-245-_-Product

Thanks for the help!

P.S. +Rep for saving me $30+ on useless cables!

I live about 20 minutes away from one! But does anyone know how good that monitor is? I plan to have the Acer for ~3-6 months and I have only heard great things about it, and I don't want my $80 monitor breaking in a month and then have to buy a new monitor instead of more RAM or an SSD or something. I might look into getting one of the 24" Acers I linked to earlier just so I don't have to spend as much money on monitors. I really don't know, but I have a little while to decide, as I while be building this about the second week of July.....seeming soooooo far away, but that is the only convenient time to buy it
I am welcome to all opinions though.

a friend has one, got it when they were $110 about 6mo ago
its actually a really nice monitor

it has about the same pixel pitch than mine (Pixel Pitch 0.248mm)
makes for a very sharp image

they have a 30 day return policy
so you can try it out and return it if you dont like it

24's for multimon can take up alot of space
