You mean putting it on? Its ment for overclocking. The Core clock should stay stable without OCing, when you OC it pulls more watts and that when the +20% PowerTune comes in, allows the card to pull more watts. Oh and don't worry about it too much, sense I think the only application I see the core jumping around like that is FurMark, but I suggest keeping it on sense it gives a lot of frames!

from 90 -> 110 FPS with a press of a button is not a bad performance gain, although its on FurMark... Shouldn't affect as much in games but still affects quite a bit, and the 20FPS would of course be double with 2 cards, thx for the +rep btw. PS. Dude, my 5850 fluctutated like that. And that's how it got screwed up. If it starts fluctuating...it may raise the voltage to 1,600 like mine did(somehow).
