2500K Overclocks in UEFI, Does Not Show in CPU-Z/Core Temp

Motherboard: ASRock P67 Extreme4
CPU: Intel i5-2500K, Scythe Mugen 2 Rev. B
Memory: 2x4Gb G.Skill Ripjaws X 8-8-8-24
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 460 1Gb
PSU: Corsair HX620
HD: WD Black 1Gb

I tried both manual and auto overclocking, and CPU-Z and Core Temp both show the stock 3300Mhz, even though both the UEFI and the ASRock tuner utility show 4400Mhz. AIDA64 shows the correct overclock, but only when under max load testing, however AIDA64 also shows the incorrect memory timings (9-9-9-28), while CPU-Z shows the correct ones (8-8-8-24). This is all confusing the hell out of me, and I would appreciate any help. I will upload some screen shots later. I am not sure of what other information to provide, so please let me know.

Thank you for your time.

It is set in my BIOS/UEFI as 8-8-8-24, but it shows differently between CPU-Z and AIDA64.
