ok i see cpu smp and gpu cpu says disabled smp at 1% zero ppd gpu 5% 3,648 pdd should cpu getting some points? im a noob st this just want to help with the cause

It can take a little while to get it fully in cycle. They will probably increase.
it's normal for a SMP to deliver 0 PPD when the project is at 0% or at 99%/100%

No.
The CPU is only for low-end/mid-end CPU's with 1 core or so.
