It's not a fact just because you say so. If someone gets a better audio experience with a soundcard, then by all means, you cannot say they didn't.
Sound gets interpreted in every way, what do you expect ?
You are clearly sounding like a professional, enthusiast and you must know the "true" sound. If we assume that is the case, other people, as stated, have still had better audio experience with soundcards, regardless if they are able to hear the "real" sound. You can say they're rubbish, but it doesn't change anything.
This is based on personal preference. You feel soundcards are way overrated ? Brilliant.
Who knows, perhaps you're a bit deaf. Perhaps happy soundcard users are.
