looking for a case under 120€ dutch prices

it needs to have cable management, above average cooling, a side fan or place to mount one and a fan controller though I can buy it separate for about 15€. it also needs to fit at least 2 6950's.
it would be great if it has dust filters on all intake fans and a window would also be great but those are not necessary.

currently thinking about
tempest evo
storm scout
element g
(note I am not going to buy a CM 690 II or lancool dragon Lord I have my reasons)

antec 902
even though it has fan controllers they are all over the place so turning down the fans when going to bed is not that easy
haf 922 a bit on the expansive side with a fan controller and I just don't like it all that much
storm scout looking further into it now
Corsair 650D not available here
Corsair 600T a little over budget 120 euro really is my cap
Silverstone RV02 a little over budget 120 euro really is my cap

You aren't going to find a case with fan controllers that are all on the same module. Most cases that have fan speed controllers have them located on the back side of the case. The Antec 902 has 2 very conveniently placed controllers on the front of the case for the two front panel fans, then 2 switches on the back to control the top fan and the rear fan.

actually the positioning of the fan controllers isn't that bad it's not the best looking case but it has some nice features I may consider it if I can connect an side fan to the existing fan controllers.

140 Euro!? Wow. We can get it for $120 US!
110 Euro is still very expensive, but certainly a better deal. Congrats!
