mini itx for htpc build

Thread Starter
Hey guy's I would like to get an opion on this system for a htpc build Shuttle XS35, I was thinking of putting 2GB of ram in it. It will only be used for streaming from thing's like the sky player. Think this will be good enough?

Edit: Forgot to mention that I'll be running windows 7.

That'll work, but it will probably run pretty slow with Windows 7. If you're just going to be streaming, I'd suggest a lightweight Linux OS like http://www.centos.org/.

GPU sucks..... You really want an Ion, Zacate, or Sandy Bridge based system.
Once again...

I would use Linux but I think the Sky player is a Window's only program, and they don't have a web player either. Yeah I was originally thinking Sandy Bridge or something, but I saw that little system and liked the low power usage.

Meh, a well-designed Sandy Bridge system can probably match power consumption at idle and during playback of that Atom-based PC. Caveat, price isn't going to be cheap.
