I believe the OP is using an online translator to help him write posts in English. Results from some of the translators can be comical at times but he's seems to be getting his issue across. Looks like he started with a 500watt psu that worked fine then exchanged it for a Radix Tacens IV (500w)? That's when he started having issues. I'm wondering why OP replaced the original psu in the first place? Was it defective? Did he test any of the other components in the system for problems? He assumed it was the psu causing the problems so he switched it out again for an OCZ 600w but now the he says the system sometimes doesn't power on so it may not be the power supply at this point, it could be memory or the mobo or vid card.

Thread Starter
The generic source of 500w, the change by the voltage dropped me in charge, why change it one better with more stability, first was the radix TACENS iv and then the OCZ ModXStream, but what I find strange is that with the GENERIC serves me.

Sorry, by the translator, is that I do not write well in English

is what i think you meant, bud.
