My thoughts exactly.

If you used a "duster" aka yellow cloth, those work by attracting dust with static electricity, really not something you want in your PC.

Try to take out the cmos battery and clear cmos for 15 minutes. Put back cmos battery and put back the clear cmos jumper and try again.

I think you were very lucky those other times, and now it's your turn to learn a hard lesson. You should never vacuum a PC. EDIT- Especially with a brush attachment.

I'm definitely thinking it's ESD damage now. Hopefully you can at least find out what components are salvageable.

NEVER EVER VACUUM YOUR PC!
damn man, your motherboard most likely toast. If you want to clean, use canned air or compressor....not VACUUM --__--!

you should have gone with a pressure washer! those things clean great! and the glistening of the water makes your rig shine so nice.... you shouldnt even use a compressor for cleaning a pc (i do but im well aware of the risk) since compressors condense moisture out of the air and can occasionally blow water out.... try using canned air or the metrovac
