My computer isn't emmiting ANY sound at all, except a long never ending beep,I have installed the Audio drivers for my motherboard, checked all the sound options on my computer, but no sound, anyone have a problem like this before?

EDIT:When i first built the computer, sound worked, but when my wireless adapter started working the sound stopped.

Sound drivers should be included with video drivers try re-installing them. They are with nvidia's drivers anyway. Is there a red X over your speaker icon in notification area?
