I5 750 build screen flicker

Hey guys just got this cpu a couple of days ago.Did some overclocking was verry easy to get a stable clock of 3.8 gig or so i thought now there is annoying screen flickr when i am browsing the web.I dont have any idea whats causing this.Happens about every 15 to 20 seconds and only when browsing web.Please help.

Driver version?
Screen refresh rate?
This is more of a graphical issue

using a sony braviaXBR 1080p 32in with acer h203h as secondary monitor both 60hz.And my driver is the latest as of yesterday.Is my graphics card failing?

If your card is overclocked, try running it at stock. This happens with ati cards when over drive is enabled, disabling it and turning hardware acceleration off in flash fixes this.

mine is different than that not when using mouse but by itself and it is more subtle plus it only happens on the sony and only after i installed the 750 before i was running i5 650 and never had this problem.***?

You were right looked in to it and its a little different for nvidia I had to enable multi monitor performance mode thanks! +rep XAslanX
