It's actually not a bad price to be honest, however:

1090T £150

M4A87TD £80

Corsair XMS3 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz £37

Total: £267

Saving: £13

Not much, but every little counts.

As for the upgrade itself, yes it is absolutely worth it.

I would wait a bit. New CPU's are upcoming and prices of the current will fall.
A month or two. This isn't such a good time for an upgrade if you have an AM2+/AM3 platform.

However, it's not a bad combo you found there.

Go for it man! I think it's a very nice performance boost And the price is awesome. In my country I need to pay for it at least 350-400 pounds o.O

Surely you must ! It's great here.

Anyway, AMD's "Bulldozer" and "Llano" CPU's are estimated to arrive in the start of June and Intel's "Ivy Bridge" CPU's are arriving to the market soon also (couple of months at most, presumably). There is a good chance those CPU's will be worth considering, at least the offerings from AMD.
Good luck !
