GTX 460 voltage

Thread Starter
Hey guys!

Right, so once upon a time I had a GTX460, it ran at 1.015V or somewhere around the 1V mark by default.

Unfortunately, this card broke, so I got another one. After a month I finally got my new card, and to my surprise it ran at 0.937V out of the box, which seems a lot lower that the 1V+ the old card ran at. It also overclocks up to 850MHz on it's core (up from 715, 675 for the ref model) at only 0.950V while my old card needed 1.087V to run at those speeds.

I'm fine with it running at such a low voltage, but could this harm the card or have any other adverse effects?

Thanks in advance!
I game on this.
