Acer Aspire 5750G-9639

Hey, this is my first post here so hello. Now I have been looking at laptops lately because I need a new one. I have already had enough talk of building a PC and all of that but I would just like to focus on laptops for a minute.

I am on Newegg.com and found this laptop by Acer. I have heard that the quality f Acer is ok but they have gotten better. What surprised me is the GT 540M in it and an i7. For $850 it seems good.

Although it has a 5400RPM HDD, I might have to buy a new one. My goals for a new computer is for internet browsing, Office 2010, video editing, and gaming. I won't be doing extreme gaming but I want to play Halo CE, Halo 2, GTA 4, Bad Company 2, and maybe COD to mod it.

I just want to know from others if this is a good option. Help is very much appreciated.

Shouldn't be half bad, powerful cpu, a video card that's about a 5770.

Yeah, I put this one aside. POS. Doesn't even come with Office 2010 and has a crappy 5400RPM HDD. I'm looking at a Battalion right now but have the Sager in mind.

A mod can delete this thread now. Not needed anymore.
