Windows 7 Slow boot up

Thread Starter
Hi, I dunno how quickly windows 7 should load up but mine is to say the least slow. This is the system in my sig i'm talking about, and it can take up to about a minute and a half for windows 7 to get onto desktop from the starting windows logo and things.

This system is only about a week old and has little to no software on it, only big program it has is Oblivion (wanted to see how it'd cope!)

Once the system is booted it is very fast, does everything very quickly.

Is this normal or is there anyway that I can speed this process up, I hate having to wait so long staring at a logo or a screen just saying loading :S

*Please note that my CPU is running stock at the moment with stock cooling unit*

Are you booting up when it's powered completely off, or are you resuming/coming out of hibernation or standby?

Fresh boot up, just pressing the button and letting it go for it.
