unlocked a core.. but lost it - help!

Thread Starter
I just unlocked my AMD 450 x3, making it an x4. I then for some reason alowed my computer to update the bios and have now lost my 'bonus' core. Any suggestions? I don't have the same settings in my bios anymore to unlock again.

First post on here, but have been lurking for a while. I'm fairly new to this so any help much appreciated..

roll back your bios?

Download your previous bios, and put that back on?

why did u update ur bios in the first place?

You dont allow your computer to update ur bios, its something, you, yourself did.

alright, i was to vauge, your gunna have to download your OLD(er) bios, put it on a flash stick (USB MEMORY DEVICE) (your also probally going to have to unzip the file u download)

then u put the stick in drive, restart computer

and then use whatever device your mobo has to install drivers.

Right thank you, so I just download the oldest version of the bios of the GB's website and use that? I'll give it a go.
