Am i better off with the H70? or should i get a real basic water cooling setup just for the cpu? Much appreciated
I had the H70 and it worked pretty well but you might want to upgrade the fans to some Gentle Typhoon AP-15's. If a custom loop is in your future then it wouldnt hurt to get a rasa kit with a good rad and block, then add to it later on.

Now my ambient temps in my room where my computer is about 30c because its very expensive to ac my house, so I only run the ac for one area of the house and my computer is not in that area. with the high ambient temps I still idle around 33 to 35 depending on the part of the day and I have the basic rasa kit. I did upgrade the tubing and I have mounted the Rad outside my computer for best results because of how hot it is in the computer room.

Yeah, that kit is actually pretty good for a beginner. The pump isn't bad and the radiator is pretty solid too.
