Thanks for the tip, but a 2kg package to and from america + machining costs isn't something that I would like to imagine.

Also, I have the angle grinder now, so assuming we get some nice weather this weekend I should be able to get a fair bit done.

I'm currently working quite a lot on the waterblock side of the cooler, I scrapped the aluminium and will now be making the hot plate from brass, I need to cut the pin matrix into that and then drill out the flow splitter.


And of course I still need to do designs for the rad grills, cut out and paint the sides, haha, jobs are mounting up biggrin.gif

it's a total failure, leaks... a lot...


Going back to the drawing board on that and starting again, I have however received a nice piece of 200x200x3.1mm copper sheet from which to make the next iteration.

On this one I'm going to use a different tool to make the channels and they'll also be somewhat shallower using smaller rubber cords.
