Those temps aren't terrible...

What is your ambient temperature and how are you powering the fans, straight from PSU or through the motherboard?

that doesn't feel too off for me... What's your ambient temp? and what program did you use to put some load on the CPU? Hyperthreading is active, right?

I mean, those temps are normal for air as you are getting towards 5GHz. If you not happy, then reduce the OC to 4.5Ghz.

The mobo might not be setting the fans to full speed, try powering the fans from the power supply or turn off smart CPU fan control in the BIOS. You might be able to drop a few degrees.

But 70C isn't really that bad to begin with

5GHz is a lot of speed, and 1.44V is a lot of voltage to a 32nm chip, so 85ºC while on load is adequate if your room temps are around 20-25ºC.

I wouldn't say good... it depends on your ambient/room temps. if your PC was sitting in a room that would never pass 15ºC then your CPU temps on laod should be around 60-65ºC. it also depends on the case's airflow.
I'm just saying that i don't think this is that bad that you should be worried

Lower temps are always better. if you can get your chip running cooler than that it would be awesome. If not, don't get too worried about 70ºC
