Don't. It's an absolute waste of money for your system. Your CPU will be a HUGE bottleneck. It [9800GT] won't even reach 50% of its potential.

You want to OC but you won't gain anything from that processor. $30 will net you either a CPU cooler that will let you OC for 10% more performance, but it'll still be a huge bottleneck. You're putting money on a sinking ship.

You're looking at a complete system overhaul if you want something modern, my friend. The only decent thing I could recommend with your current setup is you get something like a Core 2 Duo E6400 or E6500 for cheap ($40) and over-clock it as much as you can until you hit a limit (which you will soon, because of your motherboard). Then you'll have enough performance to drive something like a GTX 260, GTS 450, Radeon HD 5770 or the like with only slight bottlenecking.

If you can save the money, build something entirely new and use this setup as a file server.

Don't forget to ask us for help if you need it. How much are you gonna save up?

With 350$ you could easily buy a new low-end system, if we consider that you already have a 9800GT (you have it, right?).
I'm from Europe and I don't know perfectly the prices there in dollars, however you'll easily find a good 4gb ram kit for 50$. I'd also look for an i3 with a decent mATX board; going AMD could also be a good option but it's not my world so I don't feel like suggesting stuff I don't know biggrin.gif
Oh and I'd change also the PSU, if it's old as your system.

EDIT: 750$? Well that will bring you quite some stuff biggrin.gif that would probably be an i5, a decent graphics card (460?) and probably a new case and a new hard drive
