Looks fine, but I'd consider other CPU coolers, especially if you can get the Hyper 212+ for 20 bucks.

Why the change in PSU? What does the Antec offer that the Corsair lacks?

Thanks. I really have seriously thought about that cooler. It seems top notch. The only reason I was looking at the cooler I have is because of the push-pull.

It's a decent PSU you've chosen. But there are better out there.
Like the Antec EarthWatts Green EA-430D. 80+ Bronze and in general better quality.

Looks fine otherwise.
Edit: I would also consider this F3 1TB instead. If you can afford it. It's worth it.
Btw ... Your XFX Radeon HD 5670 has been deactivated.
I would cut down on the CPU cooler (+ fans) and get a GTX 460 like the Asus DirectCU 768mb
