When doing this I must put it on that bag where mobo was packed in so I dont get any problems?

Also if I will put the mobo out of the case and plug in only CPU,RAM AND PSU shall this boot so some point if all parts are ok? And how would I determine which part exactly is broken, if a plug in only CPU or only RAM or only PSU shall anything happen or all of these must be plugged in in order to boot? If that is so how do I eliminate 1 by 1?

Thanks and sorry for noob questions but this is driving me nuts.

Try resetting the CMOS CLRAM CLRTC. There's a little jumper next to the battery on the motherboard (refer to your ASUS manual for complete instructions)

With the computer unplugged:
There are 3 jumper positions. The jumper should currently be in positions 1 and 2
Place the jumper into positions 2 and 3.
Wait 5-10 seconds and then place the jumper back into positions 1 and 2, this will restore all settings to default.

If that doesn't work, answer me this: I assume you have an optical drive and HDD in the SATA ports, which ports are they connected in?

EDIT: Spelling correction, CLRAM should be CLRTC

I alredy did all this as you can see in my original post with no sucess.

I tried booting with HDDs and without them, same thing. They are SATA 3GB ports, i also have ssd on 6GB but like i said its same thing if i plug them or not.

Can someone answer my questions from previous post please?

Thanks

Sorry, we can't help further.
All you can do is try with 1 stick of RAM, remove the CPU and inspect the socket for damaged or crushed pins, and that's really it. From there on, you just have to replace one part at a time, and find out what part is good or bad.

And the motherboard can easily go on top of the box it came in (not the thin shiny cover, but the main cardboard box)
